Chicken PadThai is horrible. My experience dining on the west coast is that pad thai is a "leftovers" dish. This dish had an institutional peanut sauce with the noodles & chicken . No veggies. No originality.

"Not the best. The sushi was ok, but didn't taste very fresh, The ramen wasn't at all as described on the menu. It was very bland and seemed like they just threw together whatever leftover kitchen ingredients they had left. I ordered the chicken ramen and the chicken was very thin, not like a chicken breast or thigh - very disappointing. No corn or green onions were in it like the description said. It lacked flavor and was unlike any ramen I've had. I would order again, but stick to sushi only!
P.s. The Thai tea Bubble Tea pearls were too soft and not sweet at all."

"I'm so glad I finally ordered from Poketown. I had chicken Dumplings that were probably the best I've ever had. So tender, well seasoned, yummy sweet sauce, and they were huge. The Miso Raman Bowl was really flavorful too, I got mine with shrimp tempura (2 pieces) & pork. It was a big portion for the price. The Boba Pop Milk Tea was delicious. I got my food to go and the lady at the counter was very sweet and helpful. It's a really cute place inside & bigger than it looks from the outside. There's plenty of parking right in back too.

"I ordered the Korean BBQ Beef Bibimbap, Noodle Bowl l, and Chips and Salsa. The food was incredible. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and genuinely high quality. The bowls were packed with great ingredients and the temperature was perfect. It honestly tasted like it came straight from the kitchen to the table.
The only thing that completely missed the mark was the Chips and Salsa. I paid 6.99 and received what was basically the amount of chips you grab absentmindedly while talking. Ten chips maybe. The salsa was about five tablespoons in one of those tiny to go dressing containers. I was not expecting a massive portion, but this was comically small for the price. Adding the actual quantity to the item description would help people make an informed choice, or at least avoid the surprise when the order arrives.
The food is excellent and I would absolutely order again. I just hope they revisit the portion or pricing on the chips."

"I was so disappointed! I consistently order the kale Brussels salad with salmon when at their locations. It's always great, never an issue. My DD order wasn't good! At first I thought they sent the wrong salad. There was barely and kale or Brussels sprouts at all, it was mostly arugula and filler. The salmon was much smaller too. Sigh, an expensive downer."

Incredibly disappointing and I will not be returning here after such a disappointing experience. If menu items are changed you need to update your website so folks won't feel that they're being deceived like I did.
