"Okay, we've all heard how great Jersey Mike's is, so for the few who haven't tried it yet, let me tell you why it is so terrific, absolutely. First, the bread really has flavor. You can't always say that about restaurant bread which is often an afterthought. Next are the primary fixings (your proteins (meat) and cheeses) which always seem to be prime quality. Then the toppings. Now that is where I think Jersey Mike excels. First you get a long line of choices. Second, what I refer to as the messy toppings which we all love----you know, the mayo, mustard and salt and pepper and Mike's specialty, the mixes of various vinegars and oil selections which he makes available. Take as many as possible. Eliminate only those you truly don't like, and that is where you come up with the moans and groans exhibiting how much you're really enjoying that sandwich. Yup, you'll remember that and you'll be back---again, and again. Thank you Jersey Mike's; you made tonight's dinner a delight!"
