They were pretty spot on that unfortunately this cut of ribeye was full of gristle. They can't determine that. I did like the selection of sauces, chimichurri, etc..
I ordered the asparagus as a side due to the several reviews that praise them. They were absolutely awful. I know we're a little past season and I should only expect so much from a fresh vegetable. They were super skinny and to say they tasted canned would've been a compliment.
The french fries were very good.
I really want them to be a success. And a good addition to the neighborhood. Maybe I'll try something else. And I'm not trying to be too judgmental as it was a delivery. But I don't think the few extra minutes to bring it to the house that night would have improved the asparagus that I had them in the restaurant."

"This is not great logo saltado. It was $18, but there was no flavor, medium quality meat and the fries were not cooked with the meat. The fries were clearly from a stand alone fry cooker. It's a pretty simple fix and traditional to cook the potatoes with the meat so that they absorb the flavor (not that there was any to absorb). The soy sauce base was not present. It just tasted like cheap oil thrown together with the meat. The onions weren't cooked well enough, which would have helped the dish have flavor. I don't believe a Peruvian made this dish, it is the simplest dish. "
