Other issues with this order: the fries were overtly salted, the chicken in the Southwest Chicken Burrito was overcooked, and, after mandating a side for the burrito, said side was missing from the delivery. The hollandaise was tasty and doesnt rely on an overly citrus flavor, and had a good portion size with the meal so I could enjoy it with the hash browns as well. The eggs were poached very well and critically, the English muffin was toasted perfectly. Often these are either soggy or over toasted, but on this Benedict, they were just seared on the edges making it easy to cut and eat but still able to retain its structure. My request to skip the bacon, was honored as well. Additionally, I like the thicker cut hash browns as they keep the toasted char and potato flavor well and the small side of fruit was a great touch as well.
