The Single Steak was perfectly medium, nice crust, extra shine, tender with that flavor that only Peter Luger steaks have. I swear that I can always taste the corn the cows ate in Peter Luger's beef. I've eaten at the best steakhouses in NY and LV and the taste of Peter Luger's steak is my favorite, bar none. I'm very pleased."
