"Eastern Winds has been our favorite Chinese restaurant for years! The food is always fresh, hot, & full of flavor, & the portions are generous. my favorite & I especially love the Salt & Pepper Chicken (#94)—it’s perfectly crispy and seasoned—and the House Rice Noodles (#58) are absolutely delicious every time. The Jay & he's staff are always friendly, our orders & accurate, and the service is fast whether we dine in or take it to go. It’s consistently one of the best Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood area, & always highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food at a fair price. We’ll definitely keep coming back!"
"Sweet and sour pork is delicious and made fresh. House fried rice is fluffy and the prawn, beef and chicken portions are great. My favorite is the pork buns. They make them fresh and lots of meat inside. The only thing is that DoorDash charges 20% more than what the actual restaurant price even on order to pick up! Better to order through the website or call them. Been ordering at Eastern Winds for over a year now and they always make good food. DoorDash shame on you for charging so much extra even for pick up!"

"Panda Express is one of my go to whenever I get tired of having to make myself something to eat because I am too lazy to do so. I no longer eat beef so glad they have chicken dishes also. The food is good, my all time favorite is their Mushroom Chicken!! I am not sure if my stomach would be able to still handle anything spicy and not sure it would be good idea to try. All in all I'm happy that Fremont has a Panda Express, I have checked prices of other Chinese restaurants and the others charge you an " arm and a leg " for just one item! "
"I ordered the double helping of the Beijing beef & chow mein, I ordered 3 plates & there was about 12 small pieces of dried beef in each plate. There was a lot of plate to be filled. The food wasn't very fresh, the only thing that was kinda good was the chow mein. Would definitely not recommend ordering from this place! It's went downhill."

"There were some good things here. The pot stickers were very good and the Three Flavor Dumplings were excellent.
On the flip side the Wonton Soup was disappointing. The broth was good, the number of wontons (8) was fine and I liked the mini bok choy but that's was all there was to the soup. There were no pieces of carrot or mushrooms or any other items. Also the serving size was small. It was on sale two for one which was good but the normal price is way too high for the quality and serving size. I wouldn't order this again at the regular price
Lastly the chicken chow mein was also a mixture of good and bad. The color was really dark brown. I've never seen chow mein so dark. That's neither good nor bad, just interesting. A good thing was the taste and tge noodles weren't dry. On the downside it was very oily, and the number of ingredients was limited. There were no mushrooms or cabbage or green onions. The chicken pieces were small and not enough. Lastly the portion size was small. It's not a good value unless on sale. I wouldn't order it again
