"The LA Style Grilled Beef Ribs has too much of a ginger taste for me + all the pulp from the fruit and vegetables in the marinade create a mushy sauce/coating. The grilling was not hot enough, so theres not enough sweetness that comes from the caramelization of the marinade. It feels more steamed to me, so it's flavorless and not as tender for Galbi.
