"We've ordered from the Plano and Frisco locations before and loved the food. It holds up well considering the drive. This experience was not positive and it made me check to see if it was from a different location and apparently it is (McKinney).
I don't like the upcharge for the Teri Steak, but it's a wonderfully delicious steak and well portioned. My partner and I both ordered the Mini size, the amount of chicken compared to my steak was very obvious and looked like a single portion from past orders, even for the Mini. Additionally, and the most disappointing of all, is that the steak was beyond overcooked/rock solid. The chicken was also dry.
I may try, in person, this location again at some point in the future. Definitely will not order on this app again unless we can order from the other locations."
