"Got the "juicy" pork buns and they taste delicious. The quotes around juicy was the fact no juice came out when I took a nibble of the dumpling. Mind you this could have been due to the juice being absorbed during transport. Other than that, really good. Had similar dishes from some other places in the area and so far Noodle St is the only one that provided julienned ginger. Great job!

Good food, but needs improvement on accuracy and customer service
First, note that Moonbowl is a ghost kitchen, not a traditional restaurant — so don’t expect a sit-down experience. That said, the Crispy Cauliflower Salad tastes absolutely amazing, and the flavor really delivers.
However, my order was missing the avocado I paid for — a frustrating oversight that’s hard to overlook when you’re spending $21.82 on a salad.
What really stood out (not in a good way) was the interaction at pickup regarding utensils. There’s no option to request utensils anywhere in the app, and when I asked the staff member, he actually claimed it was against the law to give any out. Not only was that explanation baffling, but he also ignored my attempt to show him there was no option in the app — only to turn around and hand me utensils anyway. A little common sense and basic customer service goes a long way. If you’re going to run a ghost kitchen, at least make sure the pickup experience isn’t this confusing and dismissive.
The food itself has potential, but these operational issues need serious attention."

" I got the 도가니탕 Ox Knee Bone Soup (Doganee-tang) first off, the packaging is terrible. Very difficult to open since it's all wrapped in plastic. Second, the ox knee bone soup barely had any cartiliage. It was mostly chunks of meat instead of tendon. Not what I was expecting for a ox knee soup.
Also, the kimchi looks very old. Super black and spotty pieces of cabbage.
Very disappointing experience. Won't be ordering from the store again. "
