The person who made the arrangement actually placed rotted strawberries in the Simply Edible™ Bouquet. The cantaloupe andhoney dew weren't ripe.They were super crunchy. The pineapple was delicious.But the arrangement was huge disappointment.i reached out to them they said it was door dashes problem. but you made it Simply Edible™ Bouquet you sent this type of fruit to someone already fighting for their life. Why would you not make it right at least a new one with proper fruit. My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. The girl got a bit snippy/huffy with us after that. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face.
