The burger was very sloppy put together, soggy, and had 1/4 lb of lettuce on it, it seemed like. "I should begin by saying that three items I ordered were not available: the pasta I ordered and the two desserts for my family. The store called me to tell me about the pasta and asked if I would like something different. I decided to change my order to chicken fettuccini alfredo. They didn't tell me about not having the desserts I ordered when on the phone with me, and I only found out when we didn't receive them and I saw that they had refunded me on the receipt. My son enjoyed his chicken tenders and the garlic bread that came with my fettuccini was great, but my pasta was awful. The noodles were so over-cooked that they were basically watery mush in my mouth. The chicken on top tasted okay, but I couldn't eat the pasta at all. The bacon cheese fries were okay, but be aware that they will use the yellow, goopy gas station-ish cheese instead of the melted mozzarella that is in the picture. I am disappointed that they would have multiple menu items that were unavailable on their door dash menu, and wish they had been more upfront while on the phone (and on their door dash menu pictures) with me about what I would actually be receiving with my order."

"By the time the bag of food reaches me it's open (or at least it has been the last few times). The small piece of tape used to keep bag closed isn't sufficient enough. I don't believe it's the dashers bc it's happened multiple times and it's always a different dasher.
Also, I was really disappointed to see the fries and chicken bites box no longer has an option to make it larger. It's only one size now which just isn't enough as I got a decent amount of fries but not enough chicken bites. Since chicken bites aren't on the menu as a standalone item I couldn't get an extra (which I shouldn't have had to do anyway). The food is usually very good and consistent but things like this make zero sense to me. Why mess up a good thing?"

"First time ordering here and it is good. Good portions. I got the Chorizo & Egg Burrito the chorizo tasted like regular sausage but it was still very good. The 3 Slices Bacon was crispy and looks like I got more than 3 slices, its hard to tell though because it was a little broken up but thats just fine with me it was delicious.
