I found that the sauce consistency had thickened- at least the hot sauces and for that, it bumps them up BUT the quality has truly improved overall. "First off we have about 50 Mexican restaurants in this town, there used to be Lodi favorites and unfortunately all of which have gone down hill. Some new places have popped up, the hype was there and they have also plummeted.
This place has been consistent, changing the game, introducing new flavors/menu items and putting a new twist onto classic Mexican food items you can get anywhere and also showing us there's more to it than just the same old stuff.
Last but not least I have noticed with other restaurants of all cuisine types that you get better quality dining in rather than ordering from DoorDash which can be so depressing. This has been the only place that it's been consistent whether you order online or dine in.
