• 5/29/22The pasta meal plates are expensive and way too much food, The sides are terrific, so I usually make my meal from those. The sautéed mushrooms are lovely; and the meatballs and sausages are delicious as well.
The tiramisu is absolutely scrumptious.

• 4/8/26The Chicken Marsala was very flavorful I really enjoyed it. It was moist, well seasoned,and the portions were just right. I would definitely order again and may do just that very soon. Thank you to everyone involved with preparing my meal.

• 6/30/26Another bad experience with Old Spaghetti Factory. The hearty (larger) portion for the Manager's Favorite was ordered. Although I was charged for the larger portion, it was not provided. The standard portion size was included with the meal. This means I was overcharged $5.00 and I now will have nothing to have for lunch tomorrow. Won't be ordering or recommending Old Spaghetti Factory any time soon. Service has definitely declined.

• 4/12/25The Adult Mac & Cheese was so small and bland. Large Broccoli (Serves 3-4) was decent but is also small for its size (serves 1-2). Really not imp for their expensive pricing.

• 2/8/25Pretty consistently good but tonight we just wanted some dessert and were a bit disappointed with the change in serving size. We ordered Tiramisu a couple weeks ago and it was really good. A good size serving, maybe 6-7" square. Just the right amount of everything, not too dry or too coffee-y and they even put some chocolate sauce on the side, which was a nice touch. We've been trying tiramisu from different places and this is our favorite. But tonight we ordered it again and the serving was half the size and no sauce. Not sure if they were running out or what but it was disappointing to pay over $20 for two pieces that were together the size of the one piece we got the first time. Hope theyre more consistent with serving sizes.
