The crust is chewy but with a crispy bottom, and very little flop, with a fluffy, bubbly outer edge that begs to be dunked into garlic butter and eaten like bread sticks, when the cheese and sauce is all gone. The tomato sauce is lightly sweet, and seasoned perfectly to add the right balance of sweet and tangy. It tastes like it's made from scratch. The toppings taste fresh, and are piled on, making for a very hearty and filling pizza, but without being soggy or watery. "Wow what a terrific find. We ordered the spicy shrimp , chicken and lamb over rice and pot roast chicken. Everything tasted amazing the shrimp was definitely a little spicy. The lamb and chicken over rice had a subtle heat that grew a bit as you ate it. The pot roast chicken was mild but had an amazing flavor .I also ordered extra red sauce , now I am someone who likes spicy hot sauce but this must have been loaded with scotch bonnet peppers. it tasted great but even I met my match with this sauce.
