Burgers arrived very hot and flavorful. Fries were still nice and crispy. A very good experience, I have missed BurgerFi!

The Texas toast in the "chicken basket" isn't Texas toast at all, it's half a hot dog bun, completely soaked in grease. Chicken was so greasy the breading was falling off. Size of $9 custard shake was half a size smaller than usual instead of a full size shake cup. I didn't order here for awhile thinking things might've improved but they just seem to get worse. Not really sure what's happening here.

Worst DoorDash experience I've ever had in my life. Paid $35 for a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger, along with fried onion rings. Onion rings were burnt to a crisp, and the burgers were tiny. I don't see this place staying open for very long. Do not order ever from this lousy joint

I ordered YES CHEF BURGER + SIDE + DRINK and reg cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger meal was loaded with pickles and NO lettuce. MY yes chef burger looked delicious! it was soooooo salty I couldn't even eat it.And I like salt! I tried ! I ate my fries ,they were good. Very disappointed. Dasher was fast, food was hot, but flavor was a 👎

Really was not impressed when I got it for the first time after they reopened. I used to love BurgerFi, but it really wasn't good. The burger wasn't as great as I remembered, and the chicken tenders were so salty they were essentially inedible. Really sad because I used to love the Saratoga location!
