I also ordered the 16oz jar of homemade ranch dressing. I got it because it was pictured in a glass ball-type jar. Nope. It came in a plastic squeeze bottle. When I measured it into my 16oz glass Pyrex measuring cup, it came to 12oz. Not a happy customer."

"I was telling my wife tonight that in all the years we've eaten with Jersey Mike's, whether in-store or delivery, and in several cities across multiple states, we've never had a bad sandwich or bad experience. I can't say that about any other sandwich place! And we've eaten at pretty much all of them including the ones people always rave about. Again, we had perfect sandwiches tonight. I always love the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with the jalapenos all the way, and my wife always gets the Italian with Pepper relish.
