"I love this place but I'm not happy with the fact they don't put any protection over the top of the cup for Sugar Cookie Latte duuing delivery which can cause the drink to spill and the driver can do whatever they wanted to the drink if they wanted. not only was there no protection but they also filled the drink half with ice instead of a normal quarter amount so I basically got charged for ice and no safety seal so I will not be ordering again unless they change this. The Breakfast Slider is fresh and a good size, I will be ordering that again justery u happy with the coffeethat I was excited about."

"I ordered the Egg Salad Sandwich with potato salad. my meal looked like hospital cafeteria food. Sandwich was slapped together, and a pickle wrapped in plastic wrap in a clear plastic box with label. The bread was stale and the egg salad had no flavor and was dried out. The pickle was soggy and rubbery. The potato salad came in a very small container, I actually measured and there was 1/4 cup. It was over powered by apple cider vinegar and no other flavor. For $17 dollars this was not only a big disappointment but a rip off. I will never order from here again."

"As per usual, the quality and assembly of the food was spot on. The sausage quantity seems to depend on their style of links, which is fine by me. The food is typically warm enough, and given its a 15 minute drive I dont expect it to retain the fresh heat of dining in. Its always been just right enough to eat when it gets to my place. The flavor is always fresh, and the little potatoes somehow keep their just right crunch every time. I do typically have to order an extra side of hollandaise sauce now-- somewhere in the last few years they cut the amount back that they put on them and it just doesnt seem to be enough. This is the third time I have ordered this at my new location and will probably order again at some point. All three times I have received the same level of quality in preparation, presentation, flavor and delivery (shout out to the drivers). Love the consistency, so thank you very much for that, and keep up the good work."
