"Honestly, I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately, our experience wasn’t what we expected. The food didn’t look quite like the pictures, and some of the dishes were disappointing.
The mac and cheese didn’t really look or taste like mac and cheese to us, and the steak looked more like ground beef. I wouldn’t have minded that if the flavor had been there, but unfortunately, it was just way too salty. The elote was also inconsistent, about half of it was bland, while the rest seemed to be doused in butter. The rice was very mushy, and we only had about 5–6 pieces of shrimp in the dish.
This was our first time trying their food, and I hate being a Debbie Downer because I know everyone’s taste is different. I also probably should have read more reviews beforehand.
