I’m especially impressed by the secure packaging and attention to detail because that makes a meaningful difference to me. I also appreciate that the restaurant makes an effort to follow special instructions, which shows attentiveness to customers. One small improvement would be to include requested utensils, napkins, sauces, or sides when those items are mentioned in the special instructions. "The Grits Plain with cinnamon was so perfect. It arrived steaming hot, fresh and buttery delicious! My kind of comfort food. It was a very large portion and dug in so quickly, half was finished before I managed to take a pic. The Coffee was actually really good and a very large cup. I like my coffee black so I can taste it and this one did not disappoint. No Starbucks charred coffee taste! This tasted like I was having coffee in Europe! "This placed used to be great. I hadn't ordered an awhile but recently tried some new things
that were really disappponting. The Backyard BBQ Chicken Plate was way too spicy, and it appeared be mostly brown meat. It tasted like it was covered in chili powder. The Black Forest Ham and Swiss on Marbled Rye was totally drenched in unpalatable mustard (that tasted like it had curry in it) and kept falling apart. The bread wasn't soft at all from being refrigerated, so I had to heat it in the oven. The ham was fatty, and there was way too much purple cabbage between the slices of bread, making the sandwich hard to hold.
That said, their salads have been consistently good, and I recommend the Craft Bacon Cheeseburger Mac.
