"Absolutely perfect was everything I was looking for! The Pollo a La Brasa (Half) was delicious, tender and fell off the bone. dont be afraid to use your fingers and dig in. The aji's are great to the last drop. The Lomo Saltado was hard to stop eating it had a ton of flavor but with the addition of the aji's it's just amazing. Wash it down with an Inca Kola best soda in the world! "
