"I’m extremely disappointed with the food I received from Slice Factory. The cheese pizza was terrible. The cheese was very hard, like the pizza had been sitting out all day and then reheated before being served. It was dry, not fresh, and honestly had no good flavor at all. A cheese pizza should be one of the simplest things to get right, but this one tasted old and completely unappetizing.
The cheese fries were just as bad. They were dry and didn’t taste right at all. I’m not even sure what kind of cheese is being used because the flavor was very off and nothing like normal cheese fries should taste.
This order felt like old food that had been sitting around and then quickly reheated and sent out. That’s completely unacceptable when customers are paying full price expecting fresh food. I would like this issue addressed because the quality of the food I received was far below acceptable standards."

"Colombian's Taste is easily one of my favorite restaurants. I've tried many different options from the menu and enjoyed them all! I have a gluten intolerance, but many of the food is naturally gluten-free, which means I have significantly more options than I do elsewhere.
The packaging is also among the best I've ever seen, especially when I order soups like Ajiaco. The plastic wrap around the containers makes a difference in keeping everything sealed well for travel.
Everything is fresh when delivered, textures are maintained well due to packing, everything tastes incredible, and the food is so filling I usually get more than one meal out of it, which makes the price worth it.

"I ordered the Chicken Sando, chicken tenders, and chicken bites — and overall, it was really good! The chicken is cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and you can tell they don’t mess around with undercooked chicken. Major props for that.
However, I was a little disappointed that the Chicken Sando came without the coleslaw. I never asked for it to be removed, and it’s honestly a key part of the sandwich. The slaw adds a nice balance, so that kinda took away from the full experience.
That said, the seasoning is on the saltier side, so if you’re not big on salty food, I’d recommend pairing it with a dipping sauce. The maple syrup with the chicken bites? Fire. Especially when you mix it with the ten sauce — sweet, tangy, and super flavorful.
I’d definitely recommend it, just double check your order before digging in!"
