But as someone who works in customer service & food service, I expect to not have a poor order after spending $10 on 5 pieces of sushi. Two of which weren't rolled at all and were falling apart when I opened it. Not only that, but there were whole pieces of shrimp tail inside my sushi, it's supposed to be cut up. The taste was fine, and the freshness was ok.

"Delicious!! This was only my second time getting Ruby Thailand and it's become my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. It was fast and fresh.
