With seaweed paper on the bottom and the sweet and savory eel sauce on top. The creamy crab filling did have a small bit of spice to it. Would have like more stuffed in. Definitely would order again.
Pick 2 rolls were the typical Philly roll and tuna with cucumber. Honestly didn't taste the fish in either. The rolls were on the smaller side IMO and held their shape well for dipping in the soy sauce.
"Miso" soup was part of the combo. I would consider it Osuimono. Good, light.
A pile of ginger although it had a soapy taste I still had some, not all like usual. A nice scoop of wasabi and that was on point with the heat.
