That said, I’ve had an ongoing issue with adding avocado (which is really just a small side of guacamole for an extra $1.50). More often than not, it’s missing from my order even though I’m charged for it. It’s happened enough times that I’ve finally decided I just won’t add it anymore for takeout, which is disappointing because it really does elevate the burrito when it’s actually included.
One area that could really use improvement is packaging. I order pretty regularly from the Bay View store, and the bags are often unsealed, sometimes arrive open, and the small stopper for the lid is only included occasionally which results in spills. I wasn't given a straw and the boba stays at the bottom even when shaken meaning you don't actually get any boba until you already drank it all. Unfortunately the Caesar Wrap was not to my liking.
