"The chicken is absolutely delicious. Always well flavored and well cooked. They always give 2 sides of green sauce without having to ask for it. I always get this dish with a side salad and chaufa (2.00$ upcharge) the salad is always fresh and they give enough dressing. Unlike some places. My only gripe with this establishment is the chaufa. Every so often I get undercooked rice. Not enough to complain and ask for a new order or a refund. Just enough to annoy me. NOBODY likes crunchy rice. Listen, I understand the restaurant business is always a time crunch. However, I think I speak for most of your clients when I say cook your chaufa a few more minutes lol
All in all, this place is still my go to for Peruvian cuisine. Try them out, I'm sure you'll love it! "

Aside from all that, it's obvious that they don't care about their seasoning or presentation. It was disgusting.
