The teriyaki spots these days all serve chicken that has no texture like it is cooked sous vide, soft and overly moist, drowned in thick, overly sugary bottled "teriyaki sauce". Finally found a spot doing it properly. A bit of char and crisp on the chicken, but soft and moist inside, sauce on the side, sauce not glaze. Authentic, not goopy or thin, perfect consistency with flavor balance, definitely seemed made in house. The food arrived and the portions were large offering great value for the price. The fried pickles had a corner of the carton cut off to vent, they arrived fresh, warm and crispy. The veggie side to the plate was cooked but still crispy fresh. Gyoza arrived crispy as well. " Shrimp Tempura Roll a bit hard to eat because it is so big but still good"
"Rolls are very large and filling but lack flavor. Shrimp Tempura Roll (on the left in pic) was the best out of all with a solid taste for the basic roll. Lobster Tempura Roll had a decent flavor however it was stuffed mostly with lettuce! Jon's Shrimp Lover Roll was ok, each ingredient stood out and easily identified. Snow White Roll (on the right in pic) was ok, however the avocado was overpowering. Prawn Tempura Appetizer was very good but only came with 4. Lastly, Katsu Don was delicious and taste very similar to the dishes in Japan! "

"Wow! I really enjoyed this establishment. The food smells delicious, and it tastes delicious. I'm used to having a sauce with my B4. Regular Spam Musubi , but here it doesn't need a sauce. I enjoyed the P2. Bacon Curly Fries (Spicy). It is mildly spicy, and a bit salty. The Shrimp & Pork Wonton Soup was good as well. The soup is a bit oily, and I'm not use to that, but it had bochoy. I didn't taste much pork, and the shrimp portion was a bit lacking, and it tasted more like dumpling than anything. The F10. Ice Matcha Latte (700 ml) was great. Very refreshing, and not too sweet, the way I requested."
"This is the best and only item ( T7. Curry Shrimp Rice Bowl) I get. The flavor is so good. Shoutout to the worker who saw my instructions to put more curry. Without more curry it taste very bland as it usually just has slight curry (95% rice 5% curry). Food taste fresh and I would definitely keep ordering again."

"Udon tempura was delicious in terms of flavor, but I was disappointed that it only came with the udon, onions and carrots (aside from the tempura). I've ordered udon from most of the local Japanese restaurants and they usually include mushroom, seaweed and/or lettuce.
