- This is the first time I've had take-out ramen with actually sensible bowl design (minimal mess!)
- "Spice on the side" option is so cool, I'm a spice weenie but was able to try it out at my own taste preference.
- Noodles were plump and firm.
- Egg was exceptional.
- Even though it took 30ish minutes for us to get to our food after notice that it was ready, it was still hot when we picked it up, but did not taste like it had been lying under a heat lamp for that long.

Overall it was not bad, however, there are far better ramen places nearby with very similar pricings. I got the tonkotsu and gyoza, both of which were yummy but locally there are far better ramen places. Also they didn't give me very many bamboo shoots or mushrooms in my soup, it was mostly noodles bean sprouts and broth. A little upsetting that you have to pay 2 more dollars for extra of each ingredient.

Crab Rangoon's were old and stale & the Edemamme was overcooked. And they sent packaged sweet sauce, like the little ketchups at McDonalds. I did not realize this was a fast food place. Will not order again here.

Always delicious! Staff are so friendly and know us as we frequent this warm and inviting ramen spot in downtown Pleasanton. For a treat, I recommend the yuzu sake is sweet and tangy. Their rice dishes are great too!

The food was very good but I noticed that the to go container and portion size has gotten smaller. I used to be able to have leftovers for tomorrow. But I understand that the price of food has gone up. Just a little bit bummed out about it!
