"I got shrimp for my Calamares Fritos / Fried Squid instead of squid just buried in a confusing array of veggies. I got a random slice of cheesecake instead of Pastel Tres Leches / Rice Pudding . Costilla Asada / Roast Rib was borderline burnt one of the two having barely any associated meat. Pupusas I tried, but couldn't justify finishing, just very stiff and chewy and the associated salsa/toppings are flavorless. Obviously it's hard to recommend when most of the order comes across so unsatisfactory. Tiramisu is some pre-frozen thing thawing on its way to you, but inoffensive.
But they did earn a second star, even if by accident.Nacho Supremo was the pleasant surprise, coming with steak despite the description saying chicken, but no complaints about that, and a decent variety of toppings, though only some of the cheese got properly melted. If I could get the Nachos properly melted and without so much up in the air, I could see myself returning for those, but it's too much a gamble but to say, "This item might be good if you're set on trying Copan.""
