"Very disappointed! I used to frequent Alo Vietnam (this location before the turnaround) and thought Pho-nomenal would be as good. I was so wrong. The food is bland and incredibly greasy. The crispy spring roll was mushy and the vegetables in the fried rice were not fresh. They are charging the same price for similar menu items but using lower-quality ingredients. This could all be because they are still finding their footing, but if you are looking for the quality of Alo Vietnam, it's not here."

Hot n Sour soup was good. Among other things, I ordered shrimp spring rolls, which were wrapped in wonton papers and deep fried...and veggie rolls. The picture on the website for the veggie rolls shows this item wrapped in rice paper and NOT DEEP FRIED. It came looking just like the shrimp spring rolls, wrapped in wonton papers and deep fried. That was my only disappointment. I ordered Crispy Pan Fried Noodles and it arrived separate from the vegetables and sauce. I was able to put that away for later and the crispy noodles stayed crispy till we were ready to eat it. All in all, a good meal! We would order again!"

The Garden Rolls were falling apart before we could pick them up. And the Mom's Famous Crispy Spring Rolls tasted like a mouthful of pure grease. Also, we paid for an extra Extra Sate, but only got one tiny container that was half empty. Nothing "extra" was delivered. I had never left a bad review before, but we are beyond disappointed. We work way too hard to waste money like this, and were left hungry. Customer service only offered 1/3 of the anount we paid, as a refund. What a joke. "

"the Xa xiu/ BBQ Pork was So tasty!!! the flavors come together really well. i also love the kick of spice the jalapeño peppers add in. Very nice! I microwaved the sandwich for a couple seconds to get the bread a little softer, but it was just fine before, i just like my bread to be softened enough. "I ordered through DoorDash and had a very disappointing experience. The grilled pork vermicelli (bún thịt nướng) x1 was poorly made—the pork was burnt, blackened, and tasted bitter. It was dry and not enjoyable at all. The fish sauce was also very bland and lacked flavor.
The broken rice with pork (cơm sườn) x2 was not much better. The shredded pork skin (bì) was soggy and slightly slimy, as if it wasn’t fresh, which made it very unappetizing.
On top of that, the order did not include any utensils—no spoon, no chopsticks—which made it very inconvenient to eat.
I also called the restaurant to give feedback and lets them know about it, but the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility and the man over the phone was so rude and impolite!!The customer service was just as disappointing as the food.
I just had a very poor experience. I definitely do not recommend anyone to try this restaurant!! I would not order again!!"
