The potato filling is seasoned well and then crowned with fresh toppings (finely cut lettuce, crema, cotija cheese and diced tomatoes). The birria mulita is just simply bomb! I ordered the Elote with everything on it. Wow! the quality and freshness of the Elote was top notch!
