"I am a regular IHOP customer, and this is the first time I have been genuinely disappointed with a meal I ordered from this location.First, my order included pancakes, but the syrup was missing, which meant I couldn't properly enjoy them.
I also ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette. The meat was overcooked, there was hardly any cheese in the omelette, and the fresh avocado that is supposed to come with it was completely missing.
Additionally, I ordered the Colorado Omelette, and once again, the meat was overcooked. It is supposed to be served with salsa, but it was not included in the order either.
The side of hash browns was also an extremely small portion. In fact, when I first opened the container, I thought it was empty because there was so little in it.
As a loyal customer, this experience was very disappointing. Missing items, poor portion sizes, and overcooked ingredients are not what I have come to expect from IHOP. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering again from the IHOP location at 2345 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX.
I hope that reviews are taken seriously by management and make an effort to improve the quality of their service."

I ordered the Indomie and “soya only.” The Indomie was honestly disappointing. It was drenched in oil like way too much oil and there wasn’t really any seasoning to balance it out. The only thing I could really taste was red bell pepper.
The soya, on the other hand, actually had really good flavor. They got that part right. My only issue is I got a lot of fatty pieces, and for the price, the portion just didn’t feel worth it. Charging around $25 for that without even including something like jollof rice doesn’t really make sense.
I might come back to try the jollof at some point. If that’s good, I’d say this place could be closer to a solid 3 stars. But right now, between the oily Indomie and the pricing, it falls short for me."

"This food is the most underwhelming food I've had in awhile. The Onion ring were so pale I questioned if the were even fried and They had no seasoning. I had to put them in the air fryer just to make them crispy. And they forgot my ranch.. The Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were buffalo sytle, which I assumed meant they would be tossed in buffalo sauce. Nope, regular cheese sticks with a side of hot sauce. Why did I have to pay extra for a little cup of sauce?? I should have just gotten regular sticks! The wrap is mid. All I taste is the shredded cheese. The FREE Chips and Salsa is the only real good things cause it wa free and the salsa is good. Probably won order again. It feels like a waste and not worth the money."
