Rating: 5/5 for food, but service needs improvement
I ordered food from this restaurant this afternoon at 1:05 pm and they handed food to dasher around in between 2:05 to 2:10 pm, The food was absolutely amazing—5/5 for taste, quality, and presentation.The service was disappointing. Although the food was prepared and the restaurant was not busy, my delivery driver was kept waiting for over 15 minutes. When she inquired, the staff responded with "5 minutes," but the delay continued. She informed me of the situation, and upon calling the restaurant, I was told the dasher had not arrived—despite her being there. Only after I clarified did they hand over the order, saying, "Oh sorry, take food," in a noticeably impolite manner.
Even earlier, when I called about the menu, the staff member who answered was also not polite.The food is excellent, but the staff really needs to improve their communication and behavior for a better overall experience.

they're so stingy on meat idk why it's 90% rice and 10% meat but it's ridiculous you're already charging so much I have rice at home I could've made that myself this restaurant is pointless
