It has a wonderful mix of ingredients and is a good mix of flavors and textures. The cookies they sell are a pretty good size and are usually soft. The croissants are really outstanding when fresh. The prices aren't good for what you get, but if you're in the mood for something freshly made, it's worth getting."

"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "

"When you spend $40.00 on breakfast, you want it to be spectacular. It wasn't. My smoothie was melted when I got it, I get it because it did say it was a longer commute but even still, package it differently if you're sending those type of products so it can get to me with integrity. I also hate whip cream on my smoothie. I feel like they should list the ingredients so people can know 1, it's a milky type smoothie and 2, it does have whip cream in top. The taste of the smoothie was decent though. The potatos... There was no hot drizzle, that was not mozzarella cheese. The just unseasoned, run of the mill potatoes with jalapeños and one slice of melted cheese on the top. Cheese doesn't even cover all the potatoes. Just underwhelming af.
