Dry rubs are supposed to be applied while foods are moist not after they have gone bone dry, at that point a dry rub just crumbles off. I mean how do these people call themselves cooks. I've had way too many orders of these where there are problems so I'm done. I'm pretty sure at this point BWW is microwaving the majority of their food anyway. Also, the grilled Grilled Chicken Dippers are a complete joke. They look like they just cut the ends off of a pointed chicken breast. The pieces are no more than 2.5 inches in size and yet they charge full price.

"I ordered the 2 Base with pulled pork, and briske. Both were super tender and very tasty. I like mine with no bbq sauce so I can taste the meat. Their meats come with the sauce on the side unlike other bbq places. I really appreciate that. I picked. Beans and onion rings for the sides. Both were delicious. It also came with a thick slice of delicious corn bread. Order this, you won't be sorry."
"Jerk Chicken was very good! The Mac and Cheese was undercooked and not great. Ordered extra bbq sauce and they send 2 different kinds of sauce. One that tasted more like ketchup than bbq sauce. The vinegar based bbq sauce was very good. The other tasted like ketchup with a hint of bbq. Not great. Way too much ketchup in the sauce.
Pulled pork was dry but good with vinegar bbq sauce. $4 extra for 3 tiny slices of brisket is comedy.

"We ordered the Zip Steak Bites appetizer. We received five small pieces of steak in a soup container. This was nearly $20. They were overcooked and had minimal flavor. What a complete rip off. Absolutely disgusted.
The Classic Burger was an average burger at best. The upgrade to fries was another rip off per the photos.
The Ginger Bourbon Stir Fry seemed like it was something from a frozen bag.
