What’s most disappointing is that the prices keep going up while the quality keeps dropping. It honestly feels like corners are being cut with ingredients and preparation. Customer service also seems less attentive than before, which makes the experience even worse.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when a place loses the quality that made people support it in the first place, it needs to be said.
