When peeling the shell off, the meat was either mushy or stuck to the shell and the vein was crumbly. I tried washing the vein off the meat, but it stuck to the meat. I ended up having to throw the whole order away. This was the third time I've ordered this, and they have always been perfect. I was surprised by how tasty they were, unfortunately on the 3rd time, it was a disaster. "
