As for the 5-layer Bean Burrito, although it is consistent, it remains rather plain, and I wish there were an option to switch out said default burrito with another, preferred burrito. Taco Bell still needs to work up a better fizziness formula for their sodas and maintain their ice production. Overall, 4/5 stars. "

"The Italian sub sort of fell apart and was sloppy to eat. Toothpicks might have held them together during delivery. I requested extra tomatoes and no pickled peppers and they ignored both. They provided quite a large amount of onion rings, which was nice, but they too fell apart, so I had to cut them apart with scissors to get them under control for eating. I have not ordered from this place often because of the focus on fried food. I end up not ordering more than once a year from them."

"Quesabirria Tacos - Very Popular were pretty good, I feel like it was a little soggy (maybe from the steam?) along with the Melting Cheesecake too, but the flavor is there. The rice is a little bland in my opinion but not too bad that I had to add salt/seasoning. I didn't realize the cheesecake came with the syrup on top since you had the syrup selections, so it had both the chocolate syrup already and I got caramel with it too (I don't like chocolate so Im mildly inconvenienced lmao, wont be the death of me). The birria tacos are my all time favorite so Im very hardcore about it; very disappointed the broth it came with was in a small black container that was HALF FILLED! Thats the best part! And it's good for you to drink. Very sad about that. "I was really disappointed. I usually love this restaurant but it's a treat because it's kind of expensive. But I don't know what happened to them. The steak was almost burnt and the chicken was dry. There were barely any vegetables. The rice was dry like it was old. I ordered 2 extra yum yum sauce because it usually comes with one but I only got 2 and they have gotten smaller. Maybe because I ordered from the Cuyahoga Falls restaurant not Brown St like I usually do. I just would not even bother because you will be disappointed."
