"I like the samosas here, and I’m a regular customer because they taste good. However, one thing that consistently disappoints me is the chutney portion.
When you order 5 samosas, they usually provide only one small container of red chutney. Sometimes they’ll give you an extra one if you ask, but it’s inconsistent.
As an Indian restaurant, this is surprising to me. In India, it’s very uncommon for a samosa shop to serve five samosas with such a limited amount of chutney.
What’s even more disappointing is that if you want green chutney, you have to pay extra around $1 or $2 for a small container. I honestly don’t think the cost of making a little green chutney justifies charging extra, especially when the samosas themselves are already reasonably priced.
The pricing on DoorDash is also frustrating. Even with a DoorDash membership, the samosas cost about $2 more than ordering directly, yet you still don’t get extra red chutney or even a small serving of green chutney included.
The food is good, which is why I keep coming back, but the restaurant could really improve the overall customer experience by being a little more generous with the chutney. It’s a small gesture that would make a big difference and would better reflect the hospitality people expect from an Indian restaurant."

"I love the Clam Chowder from this restaurant, just wish it was not such a small portion for $15. It was a cup, not a bowl. "the order took about an hour from start to finish so the delivery time could leaves a little too be desired. the food was still warm fortunately because no one wants a cold meal. the general gao's chicken was pretty tasty but could have used a tad more spice (I prefer that my food be a little spicy so bring the heat next time).
