"Unacceptable!! If im paying extra for things to be added then i should be getting it. Ordered almost $2 worth of extra inclusions which is just two extra scoops and did not receive any. Not to mention there were no safety caps put into the lids to close the holes in the lids and our drinks were spilled everywhere in the bag. They did not make sure anything was secure in our bag and everything got ruined!! Also our dashers fault for not handling the order properly and ripping our bag open. For how much I payed for this the service was absolutely horrible!!! -10/10 if I could rate that!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Oh and dont get the Iced Cherry Chai Latte it taste like a plain chai latte "
