"Signature Ribeye* 14oz was overdone and incorrect. Bubba's sent the cheaper ribeye on their menu, which was requested to be Medium Rare, but was cooked Well Done. This is the third disappointment in the past two months as they clearly need to learn how to cook a steak properly. Well Doneness is far from Medium Rare, and the only doneness for a quality flavorful Ribeye is Medium Rare. Steak had no flavor, it was tough and not tender, the sauce they provide was downsized, and the meal was bland. My wife's Mac & Cheese was very dry and bland as well. My Steamed Broccoli was undercooked even for being steamed. We used to like this restaurant, and order their steaks frequently. In the past, they used to get the order right. But paying their steep price, with no drinks included, you expect the food to be cooked correctly. You also expect the correct items to be received, not swapped for a cheaper quality cut or weight. We will NOT be returning NOR ordering from Bubba's again."
