First thing, which is the MAIN thing, is the fact that I was given what could only be described as a CHILD-SIZE portion for my entree!!!! It's NOT even HALF the size of the POTATO!!!! I certainly am upset that this was my birthday dinner and I just wanted a nice, juicy, flavorful piece of fish for dinner. Instead, this was so small and overcooked, I took a couple bites and let my kids pick at it.
Secondly, the SALAD itself was so little as well! It's LETTUCE! Why can't you just fill the container so it's over the HALFWAY mark at the very LEAST, or maybe do what other establishments do and actually FILL the container for the PAYING customer????
I order quite a bit and this was one of the worst disappointments in recent history for me. Oh, and the POTATO was NOT FULLY cooked, so it was HARDER than it should be and I did not get that "FLUFFY, creamy" texture that a good baked potato SHOULD have. Extreme dissatisfaction here."

And I'm not complaining now, just forewarning on busy nights, it's not a good experience. I realize it's not going to arrive fresh just like it does in-house, but what we got was really a soggy, inedible mess. The fries, tater kegs, waffle fries, and pickle chips were all just flimsy, soggy awfulness. There really wasn't much breading to the pickle chips at all... at all! The sliders were not soggy, but really didn't have much meat or other ingredients. That's a steep price for maybe, MAYBE 2-3 ounces of protein on the buns (that's the total for all 4). Kids corndog nuggets held up reasonably well, and we're about the only thing we were able to share and eat. I never write restaurants off after one experience, but I'd def never order delivery again. I'd have to visit and eat in person in order to try it again."
