Cheese burger pretty much came apart when i took my first bite All the extras kept falling out. Always happens. You need to wrap the burger in a fold back wrapper so as you eat you peel down that wrapper. Then The bottom half is always tight and secure so you can hold but just peel down the wrapper like a taco so it cant fall apart. Then wrap the burger in tin foil. But love the burger. Just need a fork and knife!

Fries tastes great but were mostly in the paper bag and not the littke cup container Tooo small even for a small order. Need to use a medium cup for small fry order. Paper bag was greasy and fell apart from the fries all falling out.
BUT burger and fries great!! You just have to re think your food wrapping situation. This Does Happen every time. And maybe double bag the paper bag Hasnt stopped me from ordering but always know it's going to be a mess ! Ok so 2 thumbs up for food and 2 thumbs down for packing. "Eh, nothing to write home about. It tastes like they buy everything and slap it on a bun. The brisket grilled cheese was more like stale untasted non buttery, not Texas toast bread. It was white and hard. The French fries were, eh. Ok. The buffalo bites were the best thing about this over priced , over rated menu. For over $20 you should get more cauliflower buffalo wings. This was like a baby order and it looks like half of them forgot to make it into my dish. The brisket was bland, tough, and the bbq sauce was no bueno. The cheese sauce is the biggest laughingstock though. This is worse than five day old gooey., fake, movie theatre nacho cheese. The fries, one order was crispy. The other order was partially cooked and soggy. Come on guys if you're going to charge premium prices you need to actually care about the food you put out there. This place seems like they care too much about taking pictures for Instagram and less about the quality of the food. I'd give this an overall 1.5 out of 10. I would never order this again and, yikes, this is a new place. I don't think they're gonna last. I haven't eaten Friendly's in 30 years but Friendly's grilled cheese is way better than this. And that's not saying much."
