Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. "BWW in Twin Falls Idaho sucks! I have tried at least 4 times in the last 5 years and every time I try it, I am disappointed. This was my last straw. I ordered food through door dash, and I ordered 15 wings for $21, with a $7 side salad and a chicken wrap for $14. So it came out to $42 not including fees, delivery and tip. I asked for no onions or tomatoes on the salad, they still put them on the salad. The lettuce was all wilted and old and was barely filled up halfway in the container. Both ranch dressings were halfway full. My chicken wrap had 2 pieces of lettuce in it and the side was falling apart, it was literally just a tortilla shell with cheese and 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it, not to mention they way over seasoned the tots, which made them inedible. I also had to pay $1 more to uogradethek to the tots and they only put like 15 in the container. For $42, for 3 things and the food was incorrect and disgusting… not worth it, never going back! Such a waste of hard earned money. It’s like people don’t care anymore about quality. The only good part about the experience, was my kind door dash girl Amanda! "

"I saw the Mega Pop on the menu before and wanted to try to see what it was so I could let people know.
The Mega Pop is a BIIIIIIG version of the Cupbop; you select 3 entrees and thus you can figure it's about 50% bigger than the Cupbop itself. This mirrors the size of the container. For contrast, the Cupbop container lids have a "inner circle" that's larger and raised like a lego peg; the standard cupbop fits right over the inner raised circle of the Mega Pop.
As for the food, it was standard Cupbop goodness. My favorite proteins are Rock (but watch the calories), Krunch (breaded and delish) and Beef (an upsell but very flavorful).
Either way a huge meal for us OMAD guys. This is my new go to "I just don't want to cook" meal, I hope it's not a limited time deal like the rumors say."

"I did a "double chicken burrito with fajita veggies, cheese, lettuce, guac, and sour cream" and had it double wrapped. It seemed expensive at $20 but the thing was the size of my head - it seems the more ingredients, the bigger the burrito; they don't do some sort of ratio and target size nonsense here.
Seriously, I needed two hands to lift it. It was roughly on par with the "monster" or "giant" burritos that are served locally at other places. Only criticism is the edges of the second tortilla got a bit dry but that might be because they had their own zip code and weather patterns.
... Next time I'll add Queso as well, and probably cut it in half to spit it across two days. As it stands skipping breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Ole!"

"Thai Tofu I got the lettuce wrap and the tofu comes in long flat rectangles making it easy to eat. Always ask for sauce on the side, for lettuce wraps seem to not be sauced. the thai peanut sauce is delicious. would order again. the housemade chips are plentiful and fresh to order."
