"Our DoorDash order for pickup at Taco Bell was lost. We went in when the app said it was ready and they couldn't find it. They started to remake it. We went back up to the counter after 15 minutes. They said "weird, it's not done yet. Let me check." Another 15 minutes goes by...still nothing. Etc etc. It was 45 minutes after our first pickup time before it was ready. Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. Fries and chicken yummy. Grilled cheese burrito crisp and hot and gooey with cheese. Plenty of food for our family of four."

"BWW in Twin Falls Idaho sucks! I have tried at least 4 times in the last 5 years and every time I try it, I am disappointed. This was my last straw. I ordered food through door dash, and I ordered 15 wings for $21, with a $7 side salad and a chicken wrap for $14. So it came out to $42 not including fees, delivery and tip. I asked for no onions or tomatoes on the salad, they still put them on the salad. The lettuce was all wilted and old and was barely filled up halfway in the container. Both ranch dressings were halfway full. My chicken wrap had 2 pieces of lettuce in it and the side was falling apart, it was literally just a tortilla shell with cheese and 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it, not to mention they way over seasoned the tots, which made them inedible. I also had to pay $1 more to uogradethek to the tots and they only put like 15 in the container. For $42, for 3 things and the food was incorrect and disgusting… not worth it, never going back! Such a waste of hard earned money. It’s like people don’t care anymore about quality. The only good part about the experience, was my kind door dash girl Amanda! "

"The cheddar burger was bland, had NO thousand island whatsoever despite the appearance in the picture, and had very little mayo. It was cooked correctly (medium). The pickles and onions were the best thing, fresh and crisp.
As you can see, the "side" of a few onion rings was very disappointing given they were done so well. They were very crispy and had great texture. It left me wishing I had instead just ordered a basket of onion rings; but the basket probably would've been two servings of their "side."
The BLT was awesome; but the coleslaw, again, was tasteless. It barely had any wet ingredients and was very bland.
Their bacon ranch? You guessed correctly folks, BLAND as hell. It's sad. Because the texture and thickness was definitely there.
If you do order, make sure you look for the "add condiments" selection near the end of ordering; because despite choosing "ketchup" as part of selecting the onion rings, you won't get it if you don't specifically select this option.
