"I would often stop at THB-Towson when I worked nearby. However, it was usually for just coffee and one of their fresh bagels. Now they are in Bel Air! I ordered the Sausage Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich and it was excellent! My wife had the Italian Omelet and said it's the best she ever had, and we've ordered omelets from other restaurants in the area. The chicken was the standout—well-cooked, properly seasoned, and you could actually taste that it was grilled, which was a major plus.
Unfortunately, the sides didn’t match that same quality. The rice and peas were bland and lacked seasoning, the cabbage had an odd fishy flavor that was off-putting, and the plantains tasted less than fresh. On top of that, the chicken portions felt a bit small for the price.
There’s definitely potential here because the main protein was solid, but the side dishes and portion value need improvement. If those issues were addressed, I’d absolutely consider ordering again and would be comfortable recommending them to friends."
