They gave me 2 containers of Aji Sauce (the spicy green sauce) for the saltado. They cooked my requested Huevo / Egg overeasy how I wanted it, and the Inca Kola was very cold and tasty - a bit like Fanta Pineapple. Salchipapa (a Peruvian appetizer which is pretty much a cut up hot dog with fries) was tastier and a little more hot dog than other Peruvian places that I've tried. i appreciate that they included ots of ketchup, mayo, and a container of Mustard! The little things like being considerate enough to include the right sauces, which a lot of the bigger online ordering places will fail to do, shows that they pay attention to their customers.
