"Lamentablemente el nuevo restaurant es una total desorganización. Después de muchos años encargando catering, tuve una experiencia terrible. No fueron amables o receptivos cuando fuí en persona a hacer el pedido, pareciera que me estaban haciendo un favor al aceptarlo, y para colmo, no lo agendaron. El día acordado para retirarlo, llamé para confirmar la hora, y no había rastro de mi pedido. Hubo varios interlocutores que parecían no comunicarse entre sí. Ninguno se disculpó. Finalmente trararon de cumplir la orden, me garantizaron un peso específico por un monto determinado, pero entregaron una libra menos. Al notificarles, ni siquiera una disculpa, me ofrecieron un reembolso, que no ocurrió. Al saber del error y no corregirlo, me pregunto donde termina la desorganización y comienza la deshonestidad. Los recomendé muchas veces pero no lo haré más y afortunadamente en Katy, TX hay muchas opciones para mis futuros encargos de catering."
