"Directions were not followed for Torta Lomo --many Jalapeños were included (box was left unchecked) and mozzarella cheese was missing (box was checked). Bread was soggy upon arrival due to condensation (suggest brown paper boxes or vented plastic boxes instead of wrapping in foil and placing in styrofoam box). Hardly any Mayo (had to add more on my own later). Chipotle sauce was not spread evenly; it was mostly on one side. Pineapple tasted canned, not fresh. The outside of the torta appeared good, but the inside was average. Toppings were ill proportioned and did not cover torta evenly or completely. Torta appeared to be assembled hurriedly."
