At least their pricy items come packed with flavor. Wendy's isn't what it used to be unfortunately. At least I got what I ordered this time lol. I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.
