"The Italian sub sort of fell apart and was sloppy to eat. Toothpicks might have held them together during delivery. I requested extra tomatoes and no pickled peppers and they ignored both. They provided quite a large amount of onion rings, which was nice, but they too fell apart, so I had to cut them apart with scissors to get them under control for eating. I have not ordered from this place often because of the focus on fried food. I end up not ordering more than once a year from them."

"I usually eat here about once a month when I meet with friends to watch a band. So far some of my favorite items are:
The salmon- with bourbon glaze. never over cooked and consistently flavored. Not too salty etc.
Ribs are great- bourbon bbq. Again flavor is consistent. A not too sweet or overly sauced. Meat comes right off the bone.- only once did I find them to be overcooked -on the really dried out side. I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.
We also always order (even if not eating dinners) the Mac Balls - tots are amazing!!! Have never been disappointed with the giant pretzel with beer cheese.
I really like the Cauliflower Nugs. They are always perfectly crispy- not soggy!"

"Quesabirria Tacos - Very Popular were pretty good, I feel like it was a little soggy (maybe from the steam?) along with the Melting Cheesecake too, but the flavor is there. The rice is a little bland in my opinion but not too bad that I had to add salt/seasoning. I didn't realize the cheesecake came with the syrup on top since you had the syrup selections, so it had both the chocolate syrup already and I got caramel with it too (I don't like chocolate so Im mildly inconvenienced lmao, wont be the death of me). The birria tacos are my all time favorite so Im very hardcore about it; very disappointed the broth it came with was in a small black container that was HALF FILLED! Thats the best part! And it's good for you to drink. Very sad about that. Cheesecake flavor was good but you can see in the picture sauce flooding the bottom (Idk what it is, maybe melted whipped cream?) which made it soggy.
